Portuguese Island
Located 2km from Inhacha Island, this pristine Island has beautiful white sandy beaches and warm shallow waters to enjoy. Very secluded, the island is uninhabited, with the exception of the MSC Cruise ship that stops over there from time to time.
Located in the middle of the island, you will find the ruins of the old leper colony. To the north of the island you findĀ beautiful lagoons. The Island is also well known for an abundance of Star fish and Pansy shells. Boat transfers from Inhaca Island to Portuguese island are available.
